Perugia, stad i mellersta Italien, huvudort i provinsen Perugia (provins)|Perugia och huvudstad i regionen Umbrien.
Perugia ligger vackert på en höjd väster om floden Tibern. Staden har bl.a. livsmedels- och läkemedelstillverkning. Den är ett turist- och kulturcentrum med universitet, grundat redan 1276. Staden var centrum för en självständig furstestat, som 1540 erövrades av Kyrkostaten.
