Komotini (grekiska|gr. Κομοτήνη) är huvudstaden i Greklands prefekturer|prefekturen och Greklands distrikt|distriktet Östra Makedonien och Thrakien och ligger i nordöstra Grekland. I det Bysantinska riket var staden känd som Koumoutzina eller Momotina och i det Osmanska riket som Goumoutzina. I staden ligger Thrakiens Universitet som öppnades år 1973. Staden hade år 2001 63 774 invånare.
