Saintes är en Frankrikes kommuner|stad i Frankrikes regioner|regionen Poitou-Charentes i Frankrikes departement|departementet Charente-Maritime i Frankrike. Saintes ligger på floden Charente omkring 100 kilometer norr om Bordeaux och har 25 595 invånare (1999).
