Rouen är en stad i Normandie, Frankrike. Staden är vida känd för sin stora katedral, Notre Dame, [skall inte förväxlas med katedralen med samma namn i Paris) och för att Jeanne d'Arc brändes på bål i staden. Staden blev svårt skadad under andra världskriget.
